- Position : Senior Sales Manager
- Location : West - Kian Teck Way (Accessible via Buses from Boon Lay/Joo Koon)
- Working hours : Monday to Friday | 8.30am to 5.30pm
- Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $10,000 + Variable Bonus + Up to 21 days annual leaves + Medical Insurance + Medical Reimbursement $300

Main Responsibilities:
- Lead overall business operations, sales strategy, and revenue growth.
- Develop and execute business plans to achieve sales targets and profitability.
- Manage sales teams and cross-functional departments to drive performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and Japanese-speaking stakeholders.
- Identify new market opportunities and support business expansion.
- Oversee budgets, cost control, reporting, and P&L performance.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and sales performance to improve business strategy.
- Ensure operational efficiency, compliance, and service excellence.
Requirements:
- Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related discipline MBA advantageous.
- Minimum 7-10 years of sales leadership, business operations, or general management experience.
- Proven track record in revenue growth, sales team management, and business expansion.
- Strong understanding of budgeting, financial reporting, and P&L management.
