Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market expansion goals.
- Lead, mentor, and build a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners to ensure long-term business success.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adapt strategies and identify new business opportunities.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts, performance reports, and strategic insights to senior management.
- Work closely with marketing, technical, and project teams to ensure seamless delivery of AV solutions and services.
Requirements:
- Possess at least a Diploma in IT/ Engineering/ Audio Visual/ any relevant education
- At least 8 years of relevant sales experience in a Audio Visual industry
