Job Summary

As Senior Sales Manager at P&G, you will strategically partner with key retailers to lead joint value creation and develop competitive selling strategies that drive business growth. You will influence internal and external stakeholders, lead your team to excel in business development, and innovate retail dynamics to deliver value for P&G, customers, and consumers.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of Go-To-Market strategies by analyzing external category landscapes and trends to convert insights into internal capabilities that drive sales growth
  • Develop and manage strategic sales plans for assigned brands, ensuring clear budget oversight and alignment with business objectives
  • Track and analyze business performance metrics to identify opportunities for process and system improvements that enhance key business outcomes
  • Plan and execute conceptual selling initiatives to drive joint business plans (JBP) with customers by leveraging a comprehensive understanding of the platform and ecosystem
  • Equip and guide your team with actionable insights, methodologies, and best practices to become a Center of Excellence in business development within their customer accounts
  • Enable team members and partners to achieve operational excellence in their accounts by providing support and leadership to ensure flawless execution

Required Competencies

  • Bachelor's degree or above
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales management
  • Experience partnering with China retailers
  • You are business proficient in Mandarin and possess strong market knowledge of China as the role requires local consumer understanding to develop brand equity and marketing strategies for China Market

  • High proficiency in computer skills including MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint to analyze data and prepare presentations
  • Ability to travel abroad or relocate as required
  • Legal eligibility to work in Singapore

  • Comprehensive understanding and analytical skills related to sales business models to inform strategic decision-making
  • Proven problem-solving skills to independently navigate challenges and deliver solutions
  • Strong critical thinking ability to develop winning sales strategies that synergize multiple channels
  • Demonstrated leadership skills to manage and inspire teams across diverse organizations and functions
