Senior Sales Manager, Platform & Stablecoin Payments
About the Role
This role spearheads client acquisition and growth for a leading provider of digital payment solutions. You will be a senior member of the Payments team, responsible for driving sales, building strong stakeholder relationships, and developing data-driven strategies to strengthen the company's position within the evolving digital asset and blockchain payments landscape.
You will work closely with the Head of Payments and cross-functional teams including Product, Operations, Compliance, and Legal to design and deliver tailored solutions for enterprise clients.
What You Will Do
- Drive new merchant and corporate client acquisition across the payments and Web3 ecosystem through targeted, high-impact sales strategies.
- Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with senior decision-makers using a consultative, solutions-oriented approach.
- Manage the full sales cycle end-to-end, from initial engagement and pitching to onboarding and deal closure.
- Leverage an existing network within traditional finance, payments, and digital assets to build a strong and sustainable sales pipeline.
- Deliver excellent client experiences by proactively identifying needs, addressing challenges, and uncovering growth opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with Compliance, Product, Operations, and leadership teams to ensure smooth execution and alignment with business goals.
- Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and innovations in payments, blockchain, and digital assets.
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
- 7+ years of sales experience, ideally within banking, payments, or blockchain-related industries.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth in a competitive B2B environment.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to interpret data and identify opportunities.
- Experience working in fast-paced, dynamic environments with a strong interest in innovation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience using CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot).
