Senior Sales Manager

Your main responsibilities include: -

. Driving businesses in Chemical and Electronics industry in SEA region

. Developing and providing technical support for new business with potential customers

. Preparing and executing action plans for effective search of sales leads and prospects

. Transferring technical knowledge on HQ products to local staff

. Supporting technical and business skill development to have a good relationship with enterprise customers and suppliers

. Assisting Japan HQ to drive the group business strategies.

Requirement

. Bachelor's degree and above

. Candidate is required to liaise with Japanese speaking clients and suppliers as well as stakeholders, proficiency in business level Japanese is a must.

. Candidate must have at least 15-20 years of relevant working experience in chemical and electronics related industry

. Candidate with experience working in a diverse culture environment will have a distinct advantage

. Candidate will be required to work independently under minimal supervision and a team player

. Candidate with excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and IT skills will have a distinct advantage

. Candidate will be required to travel overseas for work purpose occasionally
