Our client, a notable Japanese MNC that manufactures electronic products, is looking for a Senior Sales Manager.
Reporting to: HOD
Products: Business Equipment (Multi-Functional Printer, Interactive Whiteboard)
Responsibilities
- Supervise the business equipment sales division, ensuring effective operations and performance.
- Manage recruitment, manpower planning, coaching, and performance evaluation of the sales team.
- Assist the Sales General Manager in forecasting, sales tracking, and achieving revenue and profitability targets.
- Plan and execute sales activities in the local market to meet sales objectives.
- Support the Sales General Manager in formulating strategic objectives and setting forecasts and performance metrics for the Business-Equipment Sales division.
- Oversee the management of ageing inventory and accounts receivable (AR) to align with division objectives.
- Review weekly sales forecasts and performance, providing recommendations for improvement.
- Drive the change management process, ensuring the adoption of new processes and tools through performance measures.
- Maintain and expand existing client relationships to enhance satisfaction and business success.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver valuable service offerings to clients.

Requirements & Preferences
(Must)
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or relevant field
- Minimum 8 years of B2B sales and business development experience in solutions sales or consumer electronics
- At least 5 years of managerial experience
- Good communication skills in both English and Mandarin to liaise with English and Mandarin-speaking customers and vendors
- Ability to work independently
- Strong network and adaptability to perform hunting sales
(Advantageous)
- Experience in Multi-Functional Printer, Interactive Whiteboard solutions, Colour Management, and Managed Print Services
