We are not looking for order takers. We are looking for closers who think bigger, move faster, and expect to be paid in proportion to the revenue they generate.

Enrichment Haus Asia, the education arm of WriteHaus Asia, has been delivering programmes to MOE primary and secondary schools for the past 10 years. Now we are scaling aggressively.

This is a senior, revenue driving role for high performers with a go big or go home mindset. If you are comfortable playing small, this is not for you. If you want ownership, pressure, targets, and upside that matches your results, step in.

Role Overview

You will lead business development across MOE schools and public sector institutions, driving adoption of our wide portfolio of enrichment programmes, including:

  • Podcasting and media communication
  • Public speaking and leadership development
  • Culinary exploration modules
  • Aviation exposure programmes
  • Other future ready enrichment tracks

You will own the revenue pipeline and be expected to generate immediate results.

Within 2 quarters, you will expand and lead a growing sales team under your charge.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive institutional sales across MOE primary and secondary schools
  • Identify and bid for GeBIZ and public procurement opportunities
  • Conduct direct outreach to Principals, HODs, and cluster leaders
  • Leverage your existing network to accelerate deal flow
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
  • Recruit, build, and manage a sales team within 6 months
  • Achieve and exceed defined revenue milestones

What Are We Looking For

  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in B2G or education sector sales
  • Strong familiarity with MOE procurement cycles and GeBIZ processes
  • Existing network within schools or public institutions preferred
  • Track record of closing institutional deals independently
  • Able to work under pressure in a target driven environment
  • Commercially aggressive and results oriented
