Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate Profitable Revenue from assigned Singapore Govt & Commercial Accounts which will include existing and new accounts
  • Achieve targets (revenue, gross margin, debtor days)
  • Portfolio includes selling Tech Mahindra's Services and solutions
  • Participate in Business Plan and execute the strategy to expand customer base in the assigned Accounts/ Geo / Vertical
  • Ensure face time with customer for selling and conduct sales presentations
  • Work with cross-functional teams for new business opportunities.
  • Collect invoices/ payments on time
  • Prospect and identify qualified opportunities
  • Build strong relationships with partners- OEM, local partners, consultants etc

Required Qualification & Experience:

  • Minimum of 8-10 years of Sales experience with a consistent record of Target achievement & high performance
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Singapore Govt Sector in selling technology services and solutions
  • Highly skilled in collaboration & building influential relationships and delivering in a cross functional / matrix environment, with lot of coordination with offshore teams
  • Excellent oral and written communications and significant experience presenting to the C-level
  • Must be self-motivated, capable of working in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate complex deal arrangements
  • Good understanding of Services or Solution applicability in business
  • Good analytical and decision-making ability
  • Post Graduate Degree in Business or MBA (good to have)

  • Networking skills with a view to discover insights for grabbing customer attention
