  1. Build and manage your own sales pipeline through outbound outreach, networking, events, and referrals.
  2. Run the full sales cycle, including discovery, product demonstrations, proposal preparation, negotiation, and closing.
  3. Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly new business targets.
  4. Identify and qualify opportunities across various customer segments throughout APAC.
  5. Develop a strong understanding of client pain points around regulatory compliance, AML, and operational risk, and position our solutions accordingly.
  6. Collaborate with Pre-Sales and Product teams to deliver compelling, tailored demonstrations and proposals.
  7. Maintain accurate pipeline records in the CRM and provide reliable sales forecasts.
  8. Share market intelligence and client feedback with the Product and Marketing teams to support continuous improvement.

Requirements

  1. At least 8 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, account management, or partnerships, preferably within the RegTech, FinTech, SaaS, Compliance, Risk Management, Payments, Banking, or Digital Assets industries.
  2. Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales quotas and new business targets.
  3. Experience managing the full enterprise sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation through contract negotiation and closing.
  4. Prior experience selling to financial institutions, fintech companies, payment providers, digital asset firms, or other regulated businesses is highly preferred.
  5. Experience working across APAC markets is an advantage.
