Job Description



We are seeking a dynamic Senior Sales Manager to join a leading IT management consulting and deep tech solutions company. As a Senior Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth by developing and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and selling solutions to meet those needs. You will also coordinate across functional teams to ensure successful delivery of solutions and contract closure.
Responsibilities:

  • Build a strong client base by networking, participating in events and exhibitions, and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Engage with key decision makers and stakeholders to develop and grow the portfolio of accounts.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the latest technology trends and client business needs to effectively sell and coordinate solutions.
  • Meet sales targets by identifying and securing new business from existing and new clients, while ensuring customer satisfaction with the products and services provided.
  • Manage contracts and coordinate terms and conditions both internally and externally.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels.
  • Develop compelling value propositions and negotiate effectively to close deals.
  • Coordinate pre-sales requirements and provide a one-stop experience for clients regarding all services.
  • Focus on capabilities and growth strategy, partnering with functional teams and lines of business to strike innovative deals and meet customer service expectations.

Requirements
  • At least 5 years of enterprise sales experience in IT solutions and services, gained in a system integrator.
  • University Degree/Polytechnic Diploma. Background in Computer Science or Computer Engineering is a plus
  • Strong key account management experience.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, experience in managing multiple stakeholders preferred
  • Ability to clearly present business proposition, ICT solution and service information
