Job Description

• Establish and implement sales strategies based on region, customer and product type.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders including business partners and ship owners to support business growth.
• Prepare and execute business plans to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Promote sales through long-term service agreements and project-based opportunities.
• Lead and supervise technicians and engineers from subcontractors deployed to vessels for maintenance and overhaul works.
• Coordinate and manage communication between HQ and customers to ensure smooth business operations.
  
  Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marine Engineering, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 8-10 years of relevant experience in marine, offshore or related industries.
• Proven experience in sales, business development and account management.
• Experience in managing or supervising a team will be an advantage.Basic understanding of marine equipment, maintenance and service operations.
• Ability to manage stakeholders including customers, ship owners, partners and internal teams.
• Experience in coordinating with HQ or regional offices will be an advantage.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel when required.
• Proficiency in English is required.
