Job Responsibilities
1、Take full responsibility for market expansion and achieving sales targets in the UK and European regions, driving overall business growth in Europe.
2、Proactively identify, evaluate, and develop potential clients, distributors, and strategic partners to continuously expand market coverage.
3、Build and maintain long-term, stable customer relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and deepen collaboration.
4、Manage the full sales cycle within the assigned region, including lead generation, needs analysis, solution development, commercial negotiation, and order closure.
5、Work closely with internal teams (Product, Supply Chain, Marketing, etc.) to ensure smooth project execution and delivery.
6、Collect and analyze market intelligence, industry trends, and competitor activities to support the development of European market strategies.
7、Participate in industry exhibitions, client visits, and marketing activities to strengthen brand presence in the European market.
8、Regularly report sales progress, market insights, and customer feedback to management.
Qualifications
1、Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in International Trade, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
2、1-3 years of experience in overseas sales or European market sales.
3、Proven track record of successfully developing the European market is preferred.
4、Strong understanding of the European business environment and communication practices.
5、Excellent negotiation and client relationship management skills.
6、Results-driven with strong business development capabilities and self-motivation.
7、Fluent in English (working proficiency required) additional European languages (e.g., German, French, Spanish) are a plus.
8、Willingness to travel frequently within Europe.
9、Valid driver's license and ability to drive.
