Position: Southeast Asia Sales Manager
Location: Singapore / Southeast Asia
Company Overview
Our client is a fast-growing global energy infrastructure and power solutions company, actively expanding across Southeast Asia. The business focuses on power distribution, datacenter infrastructure, energy solutions, and related industrial applications.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead business development and sales activities across Southeast Asia markets including Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, and Vietnam
• Develop and maintain relationships with key customers including hyperscalers, datacenter operators, EPCs, consultants, distributors, and enterprise clients
• Drive regional sales growth and achieve annual revenue targets
• Identify new market opportunities in datacenter, energy infrastructure, and industrial sectors
• Coordinate with technical and commercial teams to deliver customized solutions for clients
• Manage sales pipeline, forecasting, contract negotiations, and project execution support
• Build and manage local channel partners and strategic alliances
• Provide regular market intelligence and competitor analysis to management
Requirements
• 8+ years of sales or business development experience in datacenter, electrical equipment, energy infrastructure, cooling, UPS, transformer, or related industries
• Strong network within Southeast Asia markets
• Experience managing regional accounts and cross-country opportunities
• Familiar with solution-based enterprise sales and long sales cycles
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced international environment
• English proficiency required; Mandarin is a plus
