Join our team as a Senior Sales Manager Corporate & Luxury Sales, where you will play a key role in driving revenue growth through strategic account management and proactive sales initiatives. As a sales specialist, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of corporate and luxury accounts, ensuring that sales targets are met in the most profitable way, while upholding the brands service and quality standards. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the overall success of the Sales & Marketing team, while cultivating strong relationships with clients and industry partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of key corporate and luxury clients, focusing on revenue generation and long-term account development.
- Identify new business opportunities and actively pursue leads to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Conduct regular sales calls, site inspections, and client meetings to maintain strong business relationships and secure repeat business.
- Collaborate closely with Revenue, Events, and Operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery and alignment of sales strategies.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to support strategic planning.
- Represent the hotel at relevant industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility and acquire new business.
- Uphold the highest standards of professionalism and service, ensuring alignment with the hotels brand and values.
Qualifications
Note: Due to Singapores foreign worker work pass restrictions, only Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents will be considered for this position.
- Possess a diploma or degree in Hospitality, Tourism Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of hotel sales experience, with a strong background in corporate and/or luxury segments.
- Proven track record in account management and achieving sales targets.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational abilities with a results-driven and customer-focused approach.
- A proactive team player with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
