Handle enquiries and attend to needs of the corporate accounts
Solicit RFP account locally or globally and leverage on GSO's assistance
Liaise with Regional Sales Offices to identify any opportunities to secure Corporate LNR account or residential group
Source for new accounts and service existing accounts
Investigate / follow-up on all major sales leads maintaining an effective trace system to convert potential business and lapsed business
Study, evaluate and propose improvement for sales opportunities
Responsible for driving and achieving business objectives and goals
Conduct site inspection
Manage daily and after-sales follow up
