Job Description

Develop and generate quality catering leads to achieve sales targets.
Grow existing accounts while actively soliciting new catering business through sales and marketing initiatives.
Plan, coordinate, and manage all catering and social events, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Conduct catering sales presentations and sales calls to potential and existing clients.
Monitor booking space, manage event schedules, and secure repeat business.
Achieve monthly individual and team sales targets.
Attend major functions such as trade shows and promotional events relevant to assigned market segments.
Establish and maintain accurate records of key accounts within assigned market areas.
Promote and cross-sell services across Millennium & Copthorne Hotels where applicable.
Ensure consistent service quality and uphold brand standards in all client interactions.
