Revenue Generation: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed targets for table sales, bottle service, and private event bookings.
Event Sales & Booking: Act as the primary contact for large parties and corporate events, managing bookings from initial inquiry to final execution.
VIP Relationship Management: Cultivate relationships with high-value clients, promoters, and party planners to secure regular, high-ticket bookings.
Marketing & Promotions: Collaborate with marketing to create promotional materials, social media campaigns, and specialty packages to attract new customers.
Team Leadership: Lead and motivate the sales team, promoters, and hostesses, providing training on sales techniques and customer service.
Client Experience: Ensure a high standard of customer service, resolving any issues related to bookings, table locations, or service quickly.
Sales Analysis & Reporting: Track sales statistics, monitor KPIs, and report performance to senior management.
Key Requirements
Experience: 2+ years of experience in sales management, specifically in nightclub sales, hospitality, event planning, or high-volume service environments.
Networking Skills: Strong, existing network of clients, promoters, or corporate contacts is highly desirable.
Communication: Excellent communication skills, both in-person and via email/telephone, with a professional and charismatic demeanor.
Technical Skills: Proficiency with POS systems, CRM software, and social media platforms.
Flexibility: Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required by the industry.
