Develop sales strategies and plans to maximize revenue by expanding existing business and developing new account.
Work with Customer Support Engineer to ensure customers are informed of our technical capabilities and roadmaps as well as to identify technology gaps, resolve technical issue and attain first pass qualifications.
Monitor customer forecast versus sales plan and implement recovery plan as needed to ensure revenue attainment.
Manage customer quote cycle including all negotiations until business is closed.
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree Engineering field and/or 12-14 years of sales experience with minimum of 7 years of experience in the semiconductor/packaging industry.
In-depth understanding of the IC assembly and test process and good understanding of subcontract packaging business or similar business model.
