Job Purpose
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Senior Sales Manager to join our team at a Novotel Living Singapore Orchard. This role is suited for a proactive sales professional with strong market knowledge and a proven ability to drive revenue performance within the extended stay segment.
The incumbent will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of key corporate and relocation accounts, while identifying new business opportunities to maximise occupancy and long-stay revenue. Working closely with internal stakeholders, this role is to ensure seamless coordination to deliver commercial objectives.
Primary Responsibilities
Sales & Revenue Generation
.Manage & develop a portfolio of corporate accounts, focusing on client retention, growth & occupancy for the serviced apartment
.Achieve daily targeted sales calls & weekly business lead generation
.Plan a minimum of 2 - 3 site inspections / entertainment meetings per week to qualified or new accounts
.Monitor competitor rate strategies, account penetration and marketing activities to maintain a competitive edge
.Conduct negotiations to achieve the best profit & rates for the property
.Fully manage accounts, including contracting, updating profiles and renewing contracts & RFPs in CVENT and updating profiles in ANAIS (sales system)
.Up-sell, cross sell & promote apartment facilities & services
.Collaborates with marketing team on advertising & promotions, maximing exposure for rooms & small events
Strategic Support
.Prepare sales action plans & account penetration list for the following months
.Maintain accurate client & company information in the PMS
.Provide regular updates on market trends, competitive intelligence & new business opportunities during revenue meetings
.Coordinate with front office /reservations / finance to ensure a seamless guest experience
