The Senior Sales Executive role in Chubb offers you the opportunity to connect customers with products that meet their needs, by marketing Chubb's insurance policies to the mass markets through outbound telemarketing.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Consistently achieve/exceed high sales targets and campaign key performance indicators (KPIs) which includes sales targets, call quality and operational standards
- Conduct quality telemarketing calls to promote General Insurance products with clear product knowledge and references, to existing and prospective customers
- Identify and/or create opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell
- Convert leads provided by the company to top-quality sales through telemarketing activities
- Ensure all call activities are conducted with full adherence to regulations and in line with Quality Assurance standards, with a QA scoring of more than 90% for most calls
- Update customer information in the database
- Support Team Managers by coaching new hires on selling techniques through demonstration and sharing of best practices
- Be a Subject-Matter-Expert (SME) within the call floor

Requirements
- Minimum GCE O level/SPM equivalent
- Have at least 5 years of outbound telemarketing experience in selling insurance products
- Must possess Insurance Certificates in General Insurance (BCP, PGI and HI)
- Must complete an additional 10-hours of weekend calling per month
- Proficient in English
- Comfortable with outbound calls and stakeholder interactions
- A highly confident communicator with excellent verbal skills
- Display strong resilience in handling rejection and objections from customers
- Highly persuasive and committed to meet/exceed sales targets
- Sales-driven with a positive attitude
- Willingness to share best practices with colleagues
- Possess high level of discipline to meet productivity standards
