Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Executive to lead and grow our global sensors business, with a focus on Europe, United States and Asia. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in electronic component sales, deep understanding of international shipping processes, and the ability to navigate corporate structures while driving revenue growth.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in US, Europe, and Asia.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from hunting, lead generation to order fulfillment.
  • Ensure smooth delivery of goods by coordinating logistics and understanding Incoterms for international shipping.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customers needs to identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, planning, logistics and finance to ensure seamless execution.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and customer meetings as needed.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports.
  • Handle and tracking warranty returns till replacement cycle is complete.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in business or engineering fields. Diploma with relevant experience will be considered as well.
  • Minimum 5 years in B2B electronics / component / sensor sales.
  • Experience in handling international customers and achieving sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of incoterms, global shipping logistics practices and export documentation.
  • Excellent and adaptive negotiation and communication skills, written and verbal.
  • Able to adapt to corporate processes and frameworks.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office suite.
  • Knowledge of SAP systems is advantageous.
  • Meticulous, tenacious and results oriented with sense of ownership.
  • Highly adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced global competitive environment.
  • Travel: Able to travel 10%-20% internationally to meet clients and organize trade shows.
