ANKH Executive is supporting a globally established, Swiss-headquartered banking technology provider in appointing two Senior Sales Executives for the ASEAN + Hong Kong region.
This Singapore-based role is focused on enterprise sales of private banking and wealth management software solutions used by private banks, wealth managers and regulated financial institutions. Priority APAC markets include Hong Kong, Thailand, Singapore and Vietnam.
The mandate is suited to senior sales professionals who can originate new-logo opportunities, manage existing accounts and pipeline, own RFI/RFP processes, conduct senior-level presentations and close complex enterprise software contracts.
The role requires consultative selling capability, strategic account management discipline, private banking and wealth management market knowledge, complex negotiation experience and credible engagement with senior banking decision makers.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute territory and strategic sales plans across assigned APAC markets, with emphasis on Hong Kong, Thailand, Singapore and Vietnam
- Identify, qualify and pursue new business opportunities with private banks, wealth managers, universal banks and regulated financial institutions
- Manage existing accounts and inherited pipeline while developing new prospects and new-logo opportunities
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through negotiation and signature
- Own and coordinate RFI/RFP responses with pre-sales, product and internal stakeholders
- Conduct client presentations, demonstrations and workshops
- Prepare commercial proposals and lead contract negotiations
- Build executive-level relationships and identify C-level sponsors within key opportunities
- Maintain CRM discipline, accurate forecasting and weekly sales reporting
- Represent the organisation at banking, private banking, wealth management and fintech industry events
REQUIRED PROFILE
- Minimum 8 years of sales experience, preferably in private banking technology, wealth management technology, banking software, fintech or financial services
- Enterprise software/platform sales exposure into private banks, wealth managers, universal banks or regulated financial institutions
- Strong knowledge of private banking and wealth management environments
- Technology knowledge relevant to private banking, wealth management, core banking, portfolio, advisory, digital banking or front-to-back wealth platforms
- Track record managing complex sales cycles, RFI/RFP processes, commercial proposals and contract negotiation
- Ability to engage senior stakeholders across business, technology, operations and executive leadership
- Experience across ASIA markets, ideally including Hong Kong, Thailand, Singapore or Vietnam
- Strong Asian private banking / wealth management network is a significant advantage
- English mandatory; Mandarin, Cantonese, Thai, or Vietnamese are a strong advantage; French is nice to have
- Singapore-based candidates preferred; candidates with prior Singapore experience or clear ability to relocate to Singapore may be considered
