Responsibilities

• Generate sales leads through prospecting, networking, referrals, and market intelligence.
• Conduct cold calls, sales visits, and customer presentations.
• Promote various freight services, including Air Freight, Ocean Freight, and Supply Chain Solutions.
• Manage and maintain assigned customer accounts, building strong relationships.
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling and respond promptly to customer inquiries.
• Achieve assigned revenue, gross profit, and volume targets while maintaining sales forecasts.
• Prepare and submit sales reports and customer activity updates accurately.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of customer shipments.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Business or Logistics related discipline.
• Minimum of 2 years of related experience is desirable.
• Experience in the Freight Forwarding, Logistics, Shipping Line, or Supply Chain industry is preferred.
• Familiarity with customer-facing roles or sales support functions is advantageous.
• Basic understanding of Air Freight and Ocean Freight services.
