We are seeking a results-driven Senior Sales Executive to lead and execute omni-channel sales strategies, drive B2B partnerships, expand exhibition presence locally and regionally, and achieve monthly revenue targets through strong leadership and hands-on operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute the company's omni-channel retail strategy.
Plan, secure, and manage monthly atrium sales across shopping malls, hospitals, community centres, SAFRA, NS Teams, and other suitable venues.
Identify and evaluate new retail sales locations to maximise brand exposure and revenue.
Coordinate logistics, manpower planning, stock allocation, and sales operations for all roadshows and retail activations.
Establish and grow B2B sales channels with Singapore-based organisations, including: Hospitals, Supermarkets & mini marts, Insurance agencies, Childcare centres, Government & international schools, Corporate & bulk purchase clients
Manage end-to-end sales process: lead generation, proposal, negotiation, closing, and fulfilment.
Build long-term relationships and implement structured account management for repeat orders.
Strengthen and scale current exhibition performance and profitability.
Source and secure new exhibition opportunities in Singapore and overseas (e.g., Malaysia, China, and other key markets).
Lead pre-event planning, sales forecasting, visual merchandising, and post-event performance analysis.
Develop strategies to increase sales conversion, brand visibility, and customer database growth.
Lead on-site sales execution and ensure smooth daily operations.
Monitor sales performance and implement immediate action plans to achieve targets.
Maintain high standards in product presentation, customer engagement, and brand experience.
Lead, train, and motivate the sales team, promoters, and part-timers.
Set clear sales KPIs and ensure monthly targets are achieved.
Foster a high-performance and results-driven sales culture.
Relevant sales experience in retail, roadshows, exhibitions, or B2B business development
Proven track record in achieving aggressive monthly sales targets.
A strong network with malls, event organisers, or corporate clients is an advantage.
Experience in regional exhibitions (Malaysia / China) is a plus.
Excellent negotiation, planning, and leadership skills.
Highly driven, hands-on, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Willing to travel overseas when required.
