Job Responsibilities:
Lead and manage office brokerage activities from lead generation to closing, including inquiries, viewings, proposals, and negotiations.
Provide consultative sales support to companies and sole proprietors considering office relocation or new office setup, proposing suitable office solutions.
Drive development of new markets and expansion of existing markets, including outreach to new clients and partners.
Build and maintain relationships with developers, building owners, and serviced-office operators.
Support, mentor, and guide junior sales team members, sharing knowledge, participating in joint visits, and reviewing deals.
Contribute to sales strategy, pipeline management, and reporting in collaboration with management.
Job requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Valid Real Estate Salesperson (RES) certificate with current CEA registration.
3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in office space leasing or commercial real estate.
Proven track record in office space leasing is an advantage.
Experience in a start-up or Japan-based company is a plus.
Hands-on experience in office real estate brokerage, including lead management, site tours, proposals, and negotiations.
