Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage office brokerage activities from lead generation to closing, including inquiries, viewings, proposals, and negotiations.

  • Provide consultative sales support to companies and sole proprietors considering office relocation or new office setup, proposing suitable office solutions.

  • Drive development of new markets and expansion of existing markets, including outreach to new clients and partners.

  • Build and maintain relationships with developers, building owners, and serviced-office operators.

  • Support, mentor, and guide junior sales team members, sharing knowledge, participating in joint visits, and reviewing deals.

  • Contribute to sales strategy, pipeline management, and reporting in collaboration with management.

Job requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

  • Valid Real Estate Salesperson (RES) certificate with current CEA registration.

  • 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in office space leasing or commercial real estate.

  • Proven track record in office space leasing is an advantage.

  • Experience in a start-up or Japan-based company is a plus.

  • Hands-on experience in office real estate brokerage, including lead management, site tours, proposals, and negotiations.
