Responsibilities
Build and maintain good clients relationship with existing customer base
Develop and execute effective sales strategies to identify new markets to improve overall sales
Manage a portfolio of key regional accounts, ensuring exceptional service delivery and driving client satisfaction
Identify and capitalise on cross-selling and up-selling opportunities to grow revenue streams
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate marketing efforts and product development
Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, competitor activities and client needs to inform business decisions
Provide regular performance reporting and insights to management
Ad hoc duties or projects as assigned
Requirements
Degree or Diploma in Business Management, Sales & Marketing, Maritime Studies or equivalent
At least 2 - 3 years of sales, inside sales, key account experience, preferably dealing with maritime/ industrial/ offshore-related industry
Occasional overseas work traveling may be required
