Key Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle for enterprise medical imaging and data management solutions across APAC and the Middle East
- Sell to hospitals, health systems, and government healthcare organizations
- Engage senior stakeholders including CIOs, CMIOs, CTOs, Radiology leadership, and enterprise IT teams
- Manage long, complex, multi-stakeholder and multi-country sales cycles
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies and territory plans
- Build and manage partner, reseller, and distributor relationships where applicable
- Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to deliverregion-specific solutions
- Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting, and reporting using CRM tools
- Stay informed on regional healthcare regulations, data privacy, and imaging standards(e.g., DICOM, interoperability)
Qualifications
- 5+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience, with strong healthcare IT or medical imaging software background
- Proven success closing large deals with hospitals or health systems in APAC and/or the Middle East
- Experience navigating public-sector, government, or large private healthcare procurement processes
- Strong understanding of hospital IT environments and imaging workflows
- Experience selling complex SaaS, cloud-based, or enterprise software solutions
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive presentation skills
- Willingness to travel regionally as required
Preferred Experience
- Background in PACS, VNA, enterprise imaging platforms, or imaging informatics, with working knowledge of PACS/VNA systems and HL7 standards.
- Established network within hospital systems, IDNs, or Ministries of Health
- Experience working with regional channel partners or system integrators
- Multilingual capabilities (e.g., Arabic, Mandarin, Malay) are a plus
