Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Account Growth
- Drive frontline direct sales across General Trade retail channels, including minimarts, provision shops, schools, and canteens.
- Actively sell in new SKUs, process orders, and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong rapport with outlet owners to secure customer loyalty.
2. In-Store Execution & Merchandising
- Distribute, display, and merchandise products in chillers and on shelves, maintaining high brand visibility.
- Execute promotional activities, set up point-of-sales materials (POSM), and conduct product exchanges.
3. Collections & Financial Administration
- Take full responsibility for outlet accounts receivable (AR), ensuring prompt payments and collections.
- Prepare and submit daily sales reports and cash collection summaries accurately.
4. Market Intelligence & Support
- Monitor and provide market intel regarding competitor pricing, promotions, and activities.
- Support business operations by addressing pricing errors, handling market returns, and troubleshooting out-of-stock situations.
5. Logistics & Fleet Maintenance
- Maintain the assigned company vehicle in a clean and fully functional working condition.
Job Requirements:
- Education: Minimum GCE O or N Level certificate.
- Experience: 2 years prior experience in a sales role for FMCG General Trade in the beverage category.
- Licensing: Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 driving license.
- Physical Capability: Physically fit and able to lift bulk products for daily restocking.
- Skills: Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work independently.
