Key Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets for medical, aesthetic, and consumable products, devices, and equipment.
- Prospect, develop, and open new customer accounts while managing existing key accounts.
- Drive market penetration and identify new business opportunities within assigned territories.
- Participate in tenders and direct purchasing opportunities.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company objectives.
- Provide market intelligence, competitor insights, and customer feedback to support business planning.
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and post-sales training to medical professionals.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular follow-ups and service excellence.
- Collaborate with the marketing team and participate in events, conferences, exhibitions, webinars, and promotional activities.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-8 years of sales experience in medical devices medical aesthetics, or related healthcare industries.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding individual sales targets.
- Hands-on experience selling medical devices, equipment, or capital products.
- Energetic, self-motivated, positive, and goal-oriented.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proficient in CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
- Solid understanding of the medical aesthetics or medical device market, including regulatory and distribution processes.
