About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with at least 3 years of experience in the HORECA (Hotel, Restaurant, Caf) industry, preferably within food distribution or FMCG.

This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about building strong client relationships, expanding business opportunities, and driving sales growth. You will play a key role in developing new accounts while managing and strengthening relationships with existing customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets through proactive sales strategies
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the HORECA segment (hotels, restaurants, cafs, catering businesses)
  • Manage and grow relationships with existing customers to ensure long-term partnerships
  • Conduct sales presentations, product introductions, and business discussions with clients
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products and solutions
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and customer satisfaction

Qualifications & Requirements

  • At least 3 years of sales experience in the HORECA, food service, or food distribution industry
  • Proven track record in business development and client relationship management
  • Existing network within the F&B / HORECA industry will be an added advantage
  • Familiarity with CRM systems or sales tracking tools is preferred
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently
