Senior Sales Executive/Assistant Sales Manager

• Develop strategic sales plans, pitch value propositions, and close contracts across restaurants, supermarkets, and foodservice channels to exceed sales targets.

• Build long-term relationships with key accounts, provide tailored product solutions, and resolve client issues promptly to drive retention.

• Collaborate with logistics and production to monitor perishable stock levels, prevent product wastage, and ensure reliable order fulfillment.

• Attend industry events to generate new business, track chilled/frozen food market trends, and deliver accurate sales forecasts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, Food Science, or a related field (equivalent practical experience considered)

• 3+ years of proven F&B foodservice sales experience, specifically within the poultry industry.

• Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills with a track record of meeting revenue targets.

• Solid understanding of the poultry market, product applications, and perishable inventory flow.

• Valid driver's license and own vehicle.
