Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales / Key Account Manager to drive business growth and manage strategic client relationships within the Oil & Gas and Subsea sector. The role focuses on developing key accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering tailored solutions to meet client needs while strengthening long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts in the Oil & Gas and Subsea industry
- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders
- Identify new business opportunities, including offshore, marine, and subsea projects
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and revenue growth
- Prepare and deliver technical proposals, quotations, and commercial bids
- Lead contract negotiations and ensure alignment with company objectives
- Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to deliver customized solutions
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive engagement and after-sales support
- Participate in client meetings, site visits, and industry events as required
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of sales / key account management experience in the Oil & Gas and Subsea industry
- Proven track record in managing key accounts and delivering revenue growth
- Strong understanding of offshore, marine, and subsea products/services
- Experience in tendering, bidding, and contract negotiations
- Excellent customer relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts/projects
- Willingness to travel offshore or overseas when required
Preferred Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
- Experience working with EPC contractors, offshore service providers, or subsea equipment suppliers
- Familiarity with industry standards, compliance, and safety requirements
