Job Summary

As a Sales Executive at an award-winning global ERP solutions provider, you will drive revenue growth by identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities. You will engage clients with tailored solutions and collaborate across teams to expand market share.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify potential clients through cold calling, networking, industry events, and online research to build a robust sales pipeline
  • Engage with existing and prospective customers to assess their business needs and present tailored ERP product solutions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers to influence purchasing decisions and foster long-term partnerships
  • Consult with clients to analyze their business challenges and recommend appropriate ERP solutions that address their operational needs
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status using the sales management system
  • Develop comprehensive product knowledge of ERP solutions to effectively respond to customer inquiries and support sales presentations
  • Track sales progress and generate accurate forecasts, highlighting performance trends and areas for improvement in regular management reports
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams such as Marketing and Business Units to enhance customer experience and ensure alignment on sales strategies
  • Provide timely follow-up with prospects and customers, delivering post-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and retention

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Diploma or above in Marketing, Engineering, IT, or a related field
  • 3 to 5 years of sales experience, preferably within the software industry
  • Proactive, goal-driven, and results-oriented mindset
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills applied to client engagement and deal closure
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
  • Skilled at building rapport and establishing trust with clients to facilitate successful sales outcomes
