What you'll be doing
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to expand our client base
- Developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve ambitious revenue targets
- Building strong relationships with both new and existing clients through excellent consultative selling skills
- Providing technical expertise and solutions to address our clients unique challenges
- Collaborating cross-functionally with other departments to ensure seamless project delivery
- Representing the company at industry events and trade shows
- Continuously seeking to enhance your product knowledge and stay ahead of market trends
What we're looking for
- Proven track record of at least 3 years in a similar sales role within the semiconductor or automation industry
- In-depth technical understanding of semiconductor or automation products and solutions
- Exceptional consultative selling skills with the ability to identify and address client needs
- Strong negotiation and client relationship management capabilities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve shared goals
