Qualifications & Experience
- Degree / Diploma / Certificate in Sales, Civil, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering
- Additional knowledge in Business Administration
- Over 5 years of proven sales and technical sales experience in construction or related industries (Formwork / Scaffolding preferred)
- Strong understanding of CAD drawings, concrete applications, and the rental market
- Experienced in CRM applications and data-driven sales management
- Demonstrated leadership qualities with a track record of achieving or exceeding targets
- Skilled in cost optimization, price management, and business development
- Extensive network within the construction industry
