Senior Sales Engineer | Marine Industry

Responsibility
Technical Sales Support - Provide pre‑sales and after‑sales technical support, prepare presentations and proposals, and collaborate with engineering teams to design client‑focused solutions.
Client Relationship Management - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the marine and shipping sectors, conduct regular visits, and act as the primary contact for technical and commercial queries.
Sales Process Contribution - Identify and secure new business opportunities, participate in tender preparation and contract negotiations, and maintain accurate sales records and forecasts.
Market Insights & Feedback - Monitor industry trends and competitor activities, gather customer feedback, and recommend service improvements to management.
Project Coordination - Ensure smooth handover of confirmed projects to operations teams, support service execution, and participate in post‑project reviews for continuous improvement.
Ad‑hoc Duties - Undertake additional responsibilities assigned by the Sales Manager or General Manager to support overall business objectives.
