What you'll be doing

• Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the engines, marine, and oil & gas industries

• Providing technical sales support, including product demonstrations and application engineering

• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients

• Preparing and presenting sales proposals and contracts

• Collaborating with the engineering and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction

• Analyzing market trends and competitor activity to develop effective sales strategies

• Achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs

What we're looking for

• Relevant education in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales role within the engines, marine, or oil & gas industries

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior sales or management sales role within the engines, marine, or oil & gas industries will be considered for higher level position

• Strong technical background and understanding of engineering principles related to engines, marine, and oil & gas equipment

• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical information to clients

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
