Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new lighting project opportunities across commercial, hospitality, residential, infrastructure, and mixed developments.
- Track upcoming construction projects and tender opportunities to build a strong sales pipeline.
- Develop and maintain relationships with architects, lighting consultants, interior designers, developers, and contractors.
- Promote company lighting solutions to secure product specifications in project designs.
- Manage the full project sales cycle from lead generation to project award.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and tender submissions.
- Lead price negotiations and contract discussions with contractors and developers.
- Coordinate with internal technical, procurement, and operations teams to meet project requirements.
- Monitor project progress and maintain client relationships throughout project execution.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities within the construction and lighting industry.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of project sales experience, preferably in lighting, electrical products, construction materials, or building systems.
- Strong network within the construction and property development industry.
- Proven track record in project-based sales, tendering, and negotiations.
- Experience working with lighting consultants, architects, and designers to secure project specifications.
- Knowledge of architectural lighting, lighting control systems, or smart lighting solutions.
