Job Description

Our client is a global engineering solutions provider specializing in fluid management technologies used in critical industries such as life sciences, pharmaceuticals, and advanced manufacturing. Their solutions support process reliability, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency.

About the Role

Drive sales growth within the biopharmaceutical sector by managing key accounts and developing new business. This role combines technical consultation with full-cycle sales responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and grow biopharma accounts, including new business acquisition
  • Manage key customer relationships and expand existing accounts
  • Provide technical support across upstream, downstream, and fill-finish processes
  • Lead full sales cycle: prospecting, proposals, negotiation, and closure
  • Influence specifications with end-users, consultants, and contractors
  • Track projects, market trends, and competitor activity
  • Maintain CRM pipeline, forecasting, and reporting

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Life Sciences, or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in biopharma, pharma, or process industries
  • Technical sales or application experience with exposure to fluid handling / pumps
  • Strong communication, commercial, and problem-solving skills

Additional

  • Singapore-based with local travel
  • Occasional regional travel
