We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Engineer to accelerate business growth through strategic customer engagement, consultative selling, and proactive business development activities across the Consumer Electronics and Semiconductor sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Build strong client relationships, uncovering new business opportunities
- Develop and implement strategic sales initiatives to strengthen market penetration and revenue performance
- Expand New and existing business opportunities
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
- Identify and drive cross-selling and upselling opportunities
- Manage and strengthen a structured sales pipeline with a balanced focus on account management and new business acquisition
- Utilize CRM tools effectively to support data-driven sales management
- Evaluate market conditions, competitor activities, and industry trends
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance product positioning, support strategic initiatives, and strengthen competitive differentiation
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Sales or Business Development in Electronics or Semiconductor Manufacturing
- Must have strong industry knowledge within EMS/Semiconductor sector
- Strong experience in technical/solution-oriented sales environments
- Demonstrated success in consultative selling, solution sales, or technical sales within engineering software or related industries
