Job Summary:

Responsibilities:
- Oversee NAND, DRAM, and HBM projects from planning through execution.
- Analyze industry trends and identify emerging customer requirements and market opportunities.
- Develop business plans, product positioning strategies, and go-to-market initiatives to enhance market competitiveness.
- Define and finalize tool configurations for development tools.
- Manage customer demand forecasts and coordinate factory capacity planning and slot allocation.
- Prepare pricing proposals and lead commercial negotiations with customers.
- Coordinate technical alignment among regional teams and manufacturing stakeholders to support technology implementation.
- Manage project priorities, allocate resources effectively, and optimize the use of available expertise.
- Provide regular project updates and communicate key developments to internal and external stakeholders, including leadership and decision-makers.
Requirements:
- Relevant experience in sales or dry etch processes is an added advantage.
- Experience in project management is an added advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and resourceful team player.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
