This Position reports to:
Service Sales ManagerYour role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to drive service sales processes, generate service sales opportunities and secure profitable sales within the designated areas. Each day, you will focus on Installed Base (IB) penetration and selling the entire Service product portfolio. You will also showcase your expertise by building long-term customer relationships and ensuring immediate response to specific customer needs and issues.

This role is contributing to the ElectrificationService Division.
You will be mainly accountable for:
Driving growth in sales for service offerings on electrical medium and low voltage system.
Preparing sales plans and quotation according to our service strategy and perform regular status reviews.
Generating service sales leads and developing new market opportunities by utilizing market trend information and through identifying and exploring potential new service portfolios.
Acting as a marketer/salesperson of ABB's service products and solutions during marketing activities (campaigns, trade fairs, exhibitions, conferences, customer meetings).
Establishing long term customer relationships by understanding customer requirements and applicable regulations and demonstrating in-depth technical service product/solutions knowledge to promote Life Cycle Management (LCM).
Qualifications for the role
Degree/diploma in Electrical /Electronic engineering Highly sales driven with at least 3-5 years of working experience in engineering/service sales.
Hands on experience on Electrical Medium and low voltage system servicing.
You are at ease communicating in English, Mandarin will be added advantage.
Knowledgeable in Electrical systems, someone who is familiar with Switchgear (33kv to 400volt).
Experience in selling maintenance or service contracts, retrofitting, and upgrading.
