Job Description

As the Sales Enablement Specialist at Uber for Business in APAC, you'll launch, manage and optimize a portfolio of critical enablement programs, including our new hire onboarding program, continued education training programs, and resources for a growing team of U4B sellers. You'll empower reps in customer-facing sales roles with the skills, knowledge, processes and tools required to succeed in their role with the ultimate goal of improving productivity and increasing sales effectiveness, while creating a culture of growth and enabling positive customer experiences.

This position will work closely with Regional Sales Leaders and front-line Sales Managers to identify gaps and define best-in-class behaviors. This is a highly cross-functional role, collaborating with teams including Talent Acquisition, Sales Ops, Sales, HR, Product, Legal, Finance, and Marketing.

We are looking for a self starter who builds relationships, assesses opportunities, develops informed solutions and delivers measurable results. The ideal candidate can execute multiple projects simultaneously without sacrificing quality and is skilled at simplifying the complex and influencing without authority. Most of all, this person is passionate about the power of learning and the impact Enablement can have on a sales organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver training and resources to address opportunities and develop team members.

  • Understand business goals, critical initiatives, and regional nuances, to influence the regional Enablement strategy.

  • Define, build, deliver, and measure regional enablement initiatives to support region-specific needs or priorities, ensuring alignment with the global Enablement strategy

  • Partner with our Global Enablement team to support Global Sales Enablement programs, including Onboarding, Change Management, Skill Development and Communications, regionalizing content and co-facilitating when needed.

  • Facilitate region-specific onboarding sessions for new hires, creating and maintaining custom content as needed

  • Support internal communications for sellers, delivering relevant, actionable information in a timely manner and reinforcing global announcements

  • Support planning of sales events including offsites and Sales Kickoff (SKO)

  • Prepare and present results and insights on enablement impact/performance

Basic Requirements:

  • 5+ years in a customer-facing role (preferably in Sales)

  • Expertise in the Uber for Business product suite

  • Experience working with B2B decision makers in the Enterprise and Mid-Market tiers

  • Experience creating content and presenting to senior business leaders

  • Knowledge and experience in optimization of sales enablement tools and technologies

  • Experience collaborating with multiple functions/roles to deliver on goals and objectives

Preferred Experience:

  • Expert level training and facilitation skills (in-person, virtual)

  • Knowledge of adult learning principles

  • Experience working with a global team based in multiple time zones
