If you are a Sales Enablementor Sales Operations professional looking for an opportunity to grow yourcareer, Emerson has an exciting opportunity for you. Based in Singapore, thisrole focuses on strengthening sales effectiveness by optimizing processes,tools, insights, and cross‑functional alignment. You willplay a key role in enabling sales teams with the resources, data, and systemsthey need to engage customers effectively and drive sustainable revenue growth.Working closely with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and globalenablement teams, you will help translate strategy into execution whilefostering collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

In this Role, YourResponsibilities Will Be:

. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and ProductManagement to plan, design, and execute effective sales campaigns that supportbusiness priorities and customer engagement.

. Establish, analyze, and interpret customerbehavior and campaign performance data to generate insights that informcontinuous improvement and decision‑making.

. Lead and develop a team focused on deployingsales enablement tools, content, and resources in alignment with global salesenablement and operations teams.

. Evaluate sales workflows to identifyopportunities for improved efficiency through tools and technologies, includingCRM platforms, digital engagement tools, and related sales technologies.

. Promote accountability and adoption of salestools and processes by partnering with sales leadership.

. Serve as the primary point of contact for theMeasurement Solutions business group across the sales and marketing technologyecosystem.

. Manage the lead‑to‑orderprocess, ensuring supporting systems, data flows, and strategies are alignedand effective.

. Align sales personas and user scenarios withkey toolsets to enhance usability and impact.

. Monitor industry trends, competitor activity,and emerging sales technologies to support innovation and maintain acompetitive edge.

For This Role, You Will Need:

. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or arelated field.

. Demonstrated experience (6) years in salesenablement, sales operations, or a related role supporting customeracquisition, retention, and revenue growth

. A strong understanding of sales processes,methodologies, and CRM systems

. The ability to analyze data and translateinsights into actionable recommendations

. Effective communication and collaborationskills to work with cross‑functional and global teams

. Experience using sales analytics tools, CRMplatforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.

. Awareness of industry dynamics, market trends,customer needs and competitive landscape.

. Willingness and ability to travel up to 20%,including occasional international travel

Preferred Qualifications ThatSet You Apart:

. MBA or other advanced education preferred

. Experience leading or mentoring sales teams

. Hands‑on experience selecting,implementing, or optimizing sales enablement tools and technologies
