Key Responsibilities
The role and responsibilities include, but not limited to
1. Sales & Project Coordination
- Support the Sales Manager in day-to-day coordination, including follow-ups during overseas travel
- Prepare quotations, tenders, and project proposals
- Follow up on quotations, project timelines, and customer requirements
- Prepare and submit tenders and quotations, ensuring compliance with requirements and deadlines, including via procurement portals (e.g. GeBIZ, Ariba) where required
2. Client & Internal Liaison
- Act as a key point of contact between clients, Sales Manager, and internal departments
- Coordinate with supply chain, logistics, and warehouse teams on delivery schedules
- Handle customer enquiries and provide updates on project and delivery status
3. Documentation & System Coordination
- Prepare technical submissions, datasheets, and compliance documentation
- Maintain project files, sales records, and customer information
- Manage ERP system (SAGE) for tracking and reporting
- Maintain departmental folders, templates, and mailing lists
4. Management & Reporting Support
- Consolidate sales and project reports from team members for submission to Management
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely submission of all reports
- Support internal tracking of sales performance and project status
5. Marketing & Administrative Support
- Assist in updating product information, catalogues, and website content
- Support marketing activities such as events and product launches
- Prepare presentation materials and arrange product samples when required
6. General
- Perform ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements / Profile
- Diploma in Business, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 4-6 years of relevant experience (preferably in construction industry)
- Proficient in ERP systems (experience with SAGE is an advantage)
- Strong organisational and coordination skills able to manage multiple stakeholders
- Meticulous, structured, and able to meet deadlines
