- Hunt for new clients and convert leads into sales.
- Advise employers on selecting the best domestic helpers for their households.
- Handle all sales-related matters including creating job offer, service agreements, ensuring helpers deployed according to committed schedule and provide after sales service.
- Build long-term relationships with clients for recurring business.
- Contribute to team sales goals and company growth strategies.
Remuneration & Benefits
- Unlimited high commissions - the more you close, the more you earn.

Requirements
- Must possess a valid CEI certificate.
- Minimum 2 years of sales working experience (maid agency or related industry preferred).
- Highly motivated, target-driven, and not afraid of rejection.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to close deals.
- Willing to spend time for client meetings and sales calls.
