About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced, consultative sales professional to expand our presence among private banks, family offices, and mid-sized financial institutions. This role combines strategic business development with solution-oriented sales, helping clients modernize their banking and investment analysis capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive new business by identifying and pursuing opportunities with private banks, family offices, and financial institutions.
- Conduct consultative discussions with senior executives to understand their goals, challenges, and technology needs.
- Deliver tailored proposals and demos that align our platform's value with client objectives.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to contract closure, including pricing and negotiations.
- Research market trends and identify new opportunities to refine sales strategy and guide product direction.
- Build long-term, trusted relationships with key decision-makers across the financial sector.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related disciplines advanced qualifications preferred.
- 8+ years of proven sales experience in financial software solutions, with deep domain knowledge of investment research tools, wealth management platforms, or banking solutions.
- Proven record of exceeding targets and securing new enterprise clients in private banking or wealth management.
- Strong understanding of private banking operations, wealth workflows, or investment processes.
- Established network across private banks, family offices, and financial institutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and consultative selling skills for multi-stakeholder environments.
- Self-driven, results-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced setting.
