Job Summary

You will manage employer inquiries through multiple communication channels, conduct phone interviews to shortlist helpers that meet employer needs, coordinate maid arrival and departure logistics, and provide administrative support to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and clearly to employer inquiries via email, phone, WhatsApp, and walk-in visits to provide accurate information and assistance
• Conduct video/phone interviews with helpers to assess their suitability and shortlist candidates that match employer requirements
• Coordinate and arrange the arrival and departure schedules of foreign domestic workers (MDWs) to meet employer timelines
• Manage administrative tasks related to maid placement and support to maintain efficient agency operations

Required competencies and certifications

• Possess a CEI (Basic) Certificate as required for this position

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Have at least 1 year of working experience in a related field to support effective job performance
• Experience working in a maid agency to understand industry-specific processes and client needs
• Completed Primary, Secondary School, or O Level education

Other Information

• Basic salary plus commission
• Gross Salary: up to $3800
• Work location: Kovan Area
