Senior Sales Associate (Jewelry and Gold)

Job Scope

• Assist customers with gold and jewellery selection and product knowledge
• Build and maintain good customer relationships and repeat clientele
• Achieve individual and store sales targets
• Handle high-value transactions accurately and securely
• Provide after-sales service (alterations, repairs, exchanges)
• Maintain product displays and visual merchandising standards
• Manage inventory checks and report low or fast-moving stock
• Train and guide junior sales associates
• Ensure compliance with company policies, security, and SOPs

Job Requirements

• Min Diploma or equivalent qualification
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in gold/jewellery retail
• Good product knowledge of gold, diamonds, and gemstones
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Proven sales and upselling ability
• Trustworthy, detail-oriented, and responsible with valuables
• Ability to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
• Team player with leadership or mentoring experience
