Responsibilities
- Responsible for achieving and growing company revenue.
- To develop new business and increase customer base.
- Identifies marketing opportunities of new customers.
- Participate in site showaround and be involved in tender and procurement.
- To prepare & monitor sales volume and revenues on a regular basis.
- Follow-up on sales enquiries email.
Requirements
- Possess at least a diploma in Civil Engineering or or relevant filed .
- Knowledge of basic engineering drawing.
- Preferably with prior experience in similar capacity in Architect firm and/or construction industry.
- Possess excellent interpersonal and communications skills
- A strong sense of achievement and motivation to excel in Sales.
- Able to speak fluently and write well in English and Mandarin (to handle queries and feedbacks from English and Mandarin speaking clients)
- Good initiative, well organized, meticulous and able to work independently.
- Class 3 driving license will be an advantage.
